I had been powerlifting for 3 years before I had the opportunity to work with Cody. In that time, I had jumped aimlessly to every online program template you could find on strength training, however the progress soon stopped and eventually an injury lead me to seek something or someone that I could rely on to lead me down the path of peak strength potential but in the smartest and safest way. That is exactly what I found working with Cody and the structured strength protocols. I have not met anyone with the passion, adaptivity and knowledge of the sport and I have been very pleased to call him a coach. Whether it’s working around a preexisting injury, adapting to a busy work life, or just needing a one on one to sort out the mental strain of this demanding sport; cody accommodates and I couldn’t be happier. -Brandon

I started with Cody after a few other trainers and had been mad about my progress stalling. Within 6 months with Cody I added almost 20 pounds to my bench press and my squat blew up. Whenever I had a lagging issue he spent time and energy researching my problem to find ways to work around it or fix it. I look forward to my first meet with him to see how much my numbers have improved! -Courtney

Cody and I use to lift together and did USAPL meets together back in 2016 and right in the beginning of meeting him he was always more than willing to share his knowledge on this sport. If I ever got feedback from him I always trusted his word. I started my programming with Cody at the end of 2017 when I decided I was ready to get back to powerlifting after recovering from a caesarean earlier that year. He offered to do my programming and a lot of my nervousness went away because I knew my training will be in good hands. Taking more than a year off from powerlifting I assumed my lifts weren’t going to ever be the numbers I have touched in the previous year and I was going in with a discouraging attitude but that all changed and I was wrong. Cody always checks in with me on how I am feeling and if things were crazy in my mom life he would adjust my programming to fit my schedule. He takes his time watching my training videos and provides feedback whether good or if I needed to tweak something he will send articles, useful videos, and other tools to help me understand and be my best. Cody learned what kind of lifter I am and made my programming unique to fit me. I signed up for my first comeback meet in April 2018 and I beat my overall total from 2016 also with a squat PR and deadlift PR. Now I am preparing for USAPL regionals in August with Cody’s programming on board. I honestly can’t thank this guy enough for all he does for me as a lifter and for my personal self confidence. -Rachel
